SCG Packaging to Invest Nearly 10 Billion Baht to Expand Plasterboard Liner Capacity
SCG Packaging (SET:SCGP) is slated to invest 9.85 billion baht to expand plasterboard liner production capacity at its existing facility in Thailand, according to a Monday filing.The packaging producer will carry out the investment through its subsidiary, Siam Kraft Industry, adding 400,000 tons per year of capacity.Commercial startup is expected during the fourth quarter of 2028, with the aim to meet regional plasterboard liner demand.
