Prospect Logistics Sets THB9 Maximum Price for 360 Million Units in Third Capital Increase
Prospect Logistics and Industrial Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (SET:PROSPECT) will offer up to 360 million additional trust units at a maximum subscription price of 9 baht per unit as part of its third capital increase, according to a Friday filing with the Thai stock exchange.The units will be offered to existing unitholders at a ratio of one new unit for every 0.3822 existing units.The manager said existing unitholders' subscription notices, initially calculated at 10.50 baht per unit, will be recalculated to 9 baht. If the final price is lower, subscribers will receive a refund of the difference without interest or damages.Subscriptions scheduled for Sept. 9 to 23 will have the final subscription price announced on Sept. 17.The number of additional trust units issued in the third capital increase will be up by 450 million units.
