Ichitan Group Forms Fertilizer JV with EYW Group
Ichitan Group (SET:ICHI) approved a joint investment with EYW Group to establish a new subsidiary, which will import, manufacture, and distribute compound fertilizer products, according to a Tuesday filing with the Thailand Exchange.The new unit, Tan Fertilizer, has a registered capital of 150 million baht, with the beverage maker holding a 51% stake.The establishment of the new unit will be funded from working capital.
