AsiaStrategy to Exit 100% Stake in AsiaStrategy Topwin for $10 Million
Nasdaq-listed AsiaStrategy has agreed to sell its entire 100% stake in AsiaStrategy Topwin, which holds a 7.07% stake in Astra Enterprise (SET: ASTR) for $10 million.The stake will be sold to Asia Empire Development and Sora Valiant, according to regulatory filings in Thailand and the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.Under separate share purchase agreements, each buyer will acquire 50% of Topwin SG for $5 million each.The transactions are expected to close within one month of the agreements, the filing said.
