Ananda Development Swaps Out JV Partner in Project Firm
Ananda Development (SET:ANAN) replaced a partner in one of its joint venture project companies, repurchasing and reselling a preference share stake on the same day, according to a Wednesday filing with the Thailand stock exchange.The condominium developer repurchased 46.3% of preference shares in ADC-JV 23 from EverLand Partners and LTL Investment Management (Europe) for $18.3 million and sold the same shares to Apex Inflexion for $19 million.
