Amarin, Kruengkao Form JV to Expand Entertainment Business
Media company Amarin (SET:AMARIN) established a new joint venture with record label Kruengkao to expand its entertainment and related businesses, according to a Tuesday filing.The joint venture, Bridge Management, has registered and paid-up capital of 50 million baht, with Amarin's unit AME Imaginative holding a 50% stake worth 25 million baht.Bridge Management will focus on artist management and development, music production and management, concerts and performances, and other integrated entertainment activities.Amarin said the venture will expand its entertainment business and related activities.
