SES to Supply Medium-Earth Orbit Satellite Network to Brazil's Petrobras
Space services company SES (SESG.PA) said Tuesday that it will provide its medium-Earth orbit satellite network to Brazilian state-owned oil company Petrobras.Petrobras will connect the O3b mPOWER satellite network to its new floating production, storage, and offloading systems to process, collect, store, and transfer oil to shuttle tankers directly from subsea wells in deepwater fields.
