Seeing Machines Ltd. Secures Interim Extension on Existing Convertible Loan Notes
Seeing Machines Ltd. (SEE.L) secured an interim extension on the maturity date of its existing convertible loan notes owed to long-term partner Magna International.The maturity date will move to Nov. 30 from Oct. 4, giving the British computer vision technology company time to negotiate a longer-term extension, according to a Wednesday filing.
