Scandi Standard Obtains New EUR450 Million Sustainability-linked Financing
Scandi Standard (SCST.ST) said Friday it secured sustainability-linked financing of 450 million euros from a syndicate of lenders to refinance its existing bank facility.The new five-year financing comprised a multicurrency term loan of 100 million euros and a multicurrency revolving credit facility of 350 million euros. It comes with an option for an additional loan of up to 150 million euros, subject to the lenders' approval.The Stockholm-listed poultry company expects bank and legal fees of 19 million kronor from the refinancing transaction. It said the related costs will be amortized over the tenor of the bank loan.
