Sharplink Prices $75 Million Registered Direct Offering
SharpLink Gaming (SBET) priced a registered direct offering Monday of up to about 10 million shares and warrants at $7.49 each for gross proceeds of approximately $75 million.The company said the price represents a 41% premium to its closing share price of $5.29 on June 18.Net proceeds from the offering, which is set to close around Tuesday, will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes.Shares of SharpLink Gaming were up 4% in early trading Monday.Price: $5.50, Change: $+0.21, Percent Change: +3.97%
