Resouro Strategic Metals Raises C$2.5 Million in Total Via Non-Brokered Private Placement
Resouro Strategic Metals (RSM.V) completed the second closing and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement raising C$2.5 million in total, it said late Tuesday.The final tranche issued 2.6-million common shares at C$0.25 apiece, for additional proceeds of C$640,000. Proceeds will be used for general working capital needs and to advance the environmental program, it said.Shares of the company were last seen up 1.7% at C$0.295 on the TSX Venture Exchange.Price: $0.30, Change: $+0.01, Percent Change: +1.72%
