Ukraine Hits Rosneft, Lukoil's Oil Refineries in Russia
Ukrainian forces carried out long-range strikes on key Russian facilities, including Rosneft Oil Co.'s (ROSN.ME) refinery and logistics hub in Ryazan and Lukoil's (LKOH.ME) plant in Perm, according to a Wednesday post on Telegram by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.In a separate post, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said the Ryazan strike was followed by a fire on the oil refinery's grounds.Rosneft and Lukoil did not immediately respond to requests for comment from.
