Northstar Clean Technologies' Calgary Facility Exceeds Interim Processing Targets
Northstar Clean Technologies (ROOF.V) said its Empower Calgary facility exceeded its interim processing target of 100 tonnes of asphalt shingles per day in June. Peak processing during the period exceeded 120tpd.The company, which focuses on the sustainable recovery and reprocessing of asphalt shingles, said hitting these targets reflects the success of the "debottlenecking" measures that were taken after the facility achieved 80tpd. The measures will be incorporated into future Northstar facilities.Northstar also completed multiple commercial deliveries of liquid asphalt to McAsphalt Industries, but did not provide details. The company said the deliveries validate Northstar's liquid asphalt output.
