Quadrise Launches Retail Offer to Raise GBP1 Million
Quadrise (QED.L) launched a retail offer to raise up to 1.2 million pounds sterling on Wednesday, according to a same-day release.The British energy group will issue up to 120 million shares at 0.01 pound apiece. The offer on the BookBuild platform will end on July 13, with the shares admitted on the London bourse's AIM segment on July 16.Proceeds were earmarked to progress its projects, trials, and development pipeline, as well as support its working capital requirements.
