PreveCeutical Medical Seeking $1 Million in a Non-Brokered Private Placement
PreveCeutical Medical (PREV.CN) on Wednesday said it will raise up to $1 million from a non-brokered private placement of share units.The company is offering to place up to 40-million units priced at $0.025 and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.05.Proceeds from the offering will be used for short loan repayments, audit, accounting and legal fees, patents and further studies and analysis of rodents and tissues, as well as general working-capital needs.Shares of the company were last seen down $0.01 to $0.015 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.Price: $0.02, Change: $-0.01, Percent Change: -40.00%
