Silver Pony Resources Falls 37% as It Completes the Silver Pony Trout Lake Resources Acquisition
Silver Pony Resources (PONY.CN) completed the acquisition of Silver Pony Trout Lake Resources (SPTLR) and began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on Friday.Silver Pony shares were down 37% to C$0.19, on the Canadian Securities Exchange late morning.The company issued 49.45-million shares to former SPTLR shareholders, giving them a 65% equity stake in Silver Pony.Silver Pony's main asset is the exploration stage Silver Pony Project in southeastern British Columbia. It is completing the second drill hole on the property and is "optimistic based on historic results and recent preliminary work", said Chief Executive Morgan Good.Price: $0.19, Change: $-0.11, Percent Change: -36.67%
