BiomX Amends Zorronet Acquisition Terms
BiomX (PHGE) said Tuesday it has amended the promissory note linked to its acquisition of Zorronet from Water.IO.The maturity date of the $1.25 million promissory note held by Water.IO has been extended to Nov. 1, BiomX said, adding it will make an initial principal payment of $250,000, and after that, four equal monthly installments of $250,000.BiomX said it will also issue 800,000 restricted shares to Water.IO for the extension and accrued interest.BiomX shares were down 10.9% in early Tuesday trading.Price: $0.17, Change: $-0.02, Percent Change: -10.88%
