Prosper Gold to Sell Golden Sidewalk Project in Ontario to Kenorland Minerals
Prosper Gold (PGX.V) has agreed to sell the Golden Sidewalk and Skinner properties in Ontario to Kenorland Minerals (KLD.V) for C$1 million, Prosper Gold said Thursday.The Golden Sidewalk project covers over 160 square kilometers, and Prosper Gold has not conducted any significant exploration activities at the site for the period ended Jan. 31, the company said.The transaction needs approval of Prosper Gold shareholders during a meeting scheduled in August.Prosper Gold's board unanimously recommended that shareholders vote in favor of the sale, the company said.
