Prospera Energy to Seek C$12 Million in a Non-Brokered Private Placement of Share Units
Prospera Energy (PEI.V) on Monday said it will raise up to C$12 million in a non-brokered private placement share units.The company said it is looking to place an undisclosed number of units at C$0.04 apiece and made up of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a share for C$0.06. Full exercise of the warrants would provide the company with up to an additional C$18 million of growth capital,.Prospera plans to use about C$10 million of proceeds specifically for its oil-well workover and reactivation program, and the remainder for working capital.Shares of the company were last seen down C$0.005 to C$0.035 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
