Predictive Discovery to Seek Shareholder Approval for Name Change, Consolidation of Capital
Predictive Discovery (PDI.TO) plans to seek shareholder approval to change its name to PDI Gold Limited and consolidate its capital.A general meeting of shareholders will be held Aug. 21 to seek approval to consolidate the company's issued capital through the conversion of every five shares into one share, the gold producer said Tuesday.The Toronto Stock Exchange and Australian Securities Exchange ticker PDI will remain unchanged.
