Ping An Biomedical Signs Cooperation Deal With Yuan Sheng Mei Yan
Ping An Biomedical (PASW) said Wednesday it partnered with Yuan Sheng Mei Yan Health Services to expand its health and wellness business, targeting 500 million yuan ($73.9 million) in cumulative sales within three years.Under the agreement, Yuan Sheng Mei Yan will support channel development and market expansion, while Ping An Biomedical will provide biotechnology products and technical support.The collaboration is expected to accelerate product commercialization and improve market penetration, according to the company.Shares of Ping An Biomedical were down more than 9% in Wednesday trading.Price: $0.13, Change: $-0.01, Percent Change: -9.13%
