Proficient Auto Logistics Prices $75 Million Convertible Notes Offering
Proficient Auto Logistics (PAL) priced a $75 million private offering of 5.50% convertible senior unsecured notes due Aug. 15, 2033, the company said late Tuesday.Proficient Auto expects the offering to close Thursday and plans to use its expected $71.4 million net proceeds to refinance outstanding debt, among other things, it said.The company's shares were down 1.5% in premarket activity Wednesday.
