Palamina's Colt Silver Secures Environmental Permit for Galena Project in Peru
Palamina (PA.V) subsidiary Colt Silver received environmental approval from the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines for its flagship Galena silver-copper project.With the approval, Colt Silver is now allowed to construct up to 20 drill pads, Palamina said Friday.Palamina is seeking shareholder approval to spin out Colt Silver as a standalone public company. It is expected to begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in October under the COLT symbol.The company's shares closed unchanged at C$0.145 Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
