Oxford Lane Capital (OXLC) said Monday it will redeem all issued shares of its 6.25% Series 2027 term preferred stock.The investment firm plans to redeem all 724,806 outstanding preferred shares on June 1, and will receive a payout of $25 per share for a total aggregate value of roughly $18.1 million, the company said.Price: $10.05, Change: $+0.06, Percent Change: +0.63%
