Okea to Sell 20% Stake in Norwegian Sea License for $30 Million
Okea (OKEA.OL) said Monday it agreed to sell its 20% working interest in PL1119, or Mistral, located in the Norwegian Sea, for $30 million.The license stake is being sold to Japex Norge, subject to customary government approvals. Okea noted that the deal also includes a contingent consideration that provides an upside in case of a commercial Mistral Nord discovery.
