Ocean Yield to Redeem NOK1.5 Billion Senior Callable Notes
Ocean Yield (OCY.OL) said Monday it exercised its call option to redeem all outstanding senior unsecured callable 1.5 billion Norwegian kroner bonds due 2028.The Norwegian ship leasing company will pay 101.88% of the nominal amount of the bonds plus accrued and unpaid interest. The call option repayment date is Sept. 21.
