Olive Resource Capital to Raise C$3.3 Million Via Non-Brokered Private Placement
Olive Resource Capital (OC.V) intends to raise C$3.3 million through a non-brokered private placement, it said in a statement on Wednesday.The offering will consist of the issuance of 30-million common shares at C$0.11 apiece. Proceeds will be used for general corporate and working capital needs, it said.Closing of the offering is expected on or about Aug. 7, subject to some conditions. The company also expects certain of its directors and officers to take part in the offering.Shares of the company closed down 4.6% to C$0.105 on Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
