Waaree Renewable Technologies Wins EPC Contract for Battery Energy Storage System Project
Waaree Renewable Technologies (BOM:534618, NSE:WAAREERTL) signed a turnkey engineering, procurement and construction contract for a 350 MW/1400 MWh battery energy storage system project, according to an Indian bourse filing on Monday.Shares of the company rose nearly 2% in Tuesday's trade.The contract, awarded by Waaree Forever Energies, includes two years of operation and maintenance services, the filing said.The project is scheduled for completion in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, it added.
