Nephrocare Health Services (NSE:NEPHROPLUS, BOM:544647) said its overseas step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Nephrocare Health Care Services Philippines, has entered into an asset transfer agreement to acquire assets related to a dialysis center in Parañaque City, Philippines, according to a filing.The assets are being acquired from Amica Healthcare System for a consideration of 32.6 million Philippine pesos, the filing said.The transaction covers identified assets of a dialysis center located in Dona Soledad, Don Bosco, Parañaque City, the company said.

Nephrocare Health Services (NSE:NEPHROPLUS, BOM:544647) board approved collateral and security support of up to 1.40 billion Indian rupees for its overseas subsidiaries to help them obtain credit facilities from overseas banks, according to a filing.The board approved support of up to 700 million rupees for Nephrocare Health Services International, Singapore, and Nephrocare Health Services Saudi Arabia each, the filing said.Shares of the company fell nearly 6% in Wednesday's trade.
