GSP Crop Science Completes Acquisition of Remaining 21% Stake in Subsidiary; Shares Up 4%
GSP Crop Science (NSE:GSPCROP, BOM:544733) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 21% stake in GSP Intermediates to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.The company acquired around 3.15 million equity shares of face value of 10 rupees each from the existing shareholder of GSP Intermediates.The company's shares were up nearly 4% in recent trade.
