GeeCee Ventures Raises Stake in GMR Power and Urban Infra

GeeCee Ventures (NSE:GEECEE, BOM:532764) has acquired 100,000 equity shares of GMR Power and Urban Infra (NSE:GMRP&UI, BOM:543490) through an open market purchase for about 10.5 million Indian rupees.The shares were acquired at 105.45 rupees apiece and represent approximately 0.03% of the paid-up share capital of GMR Power and Urban Infra, according to a Tuesday stock exchange filing.Following the transaction, GeeCee Ventures' investment in GMR Power and Urban Infra increased to about 21.1 million rupees, with its shareholding rising to 200,000 equity shares.Shares of GeeCee Ventures fell over 3% in early trade on Wednesday.
