Creative Eye Chairperson Steps Down, Continues as Director; Shares Plummet 4%
Creative Eye (NSE:CREATIVEYE, BOM:532392) said chairperson of the board Zuby Kochhar has resigned from the role but will continue as a whole-time director of the company, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday.Shares of the company fell nearly 4% in Monday's trade.The resignation is effective from April 24, the filing said.
