Bluspring New Horizon One, a wholly-owned subsidiary of integrated facility management service provider Bluspring Enterprises (NSE:BLUSPRING, BOM:544414), has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in STEAG Energy Services (India) from STEAG Power, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.The deal was executed through a share purchase agreement signed in March, and with its conclusion, STEAG Energy has become a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary.
