Avro India to Sell Some Plant and Machineries to Wholly-Owned Arm
Plastic products manufacturer Avro India (NSE:AVROIND, BOM:543512) on Saturday received board approval to sell of some of its plant and machineries to its wholly-owned subsidiary Avro Recycling, according to a same-day disclosure to the Indian stock exchanges.The sale will be carried out at fair value on June 30, subject to the approval of its shareholders, the company said.
