Anand Rathi Wealth Allots Over 83 Million Bonus Shares
Anand Rathi Wealth (NSE:ANANDRATHI, BOM:543415) allotted over 83 million bonus equity shares to shareholders on record June 3, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday.Under the issue, shareholders received one bonus share for every existing equity share held.Following the allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital doubled to around 166 million shares from 83 million shares, the filing said.
