Nevada Organic Phosphate Advances 2026 Drill Program at Murdock Mountain

Nevada Organic Phosphate (NOP.CN) on Monday said it launched its 2026 exploration program at the Murdock Mountain Phosphate project in northeastern Nevada.The company said all required wildlife and sage-grouse lek (breeding grounds) pre-clearance surveys associated with its exploration permit have been completed without issue. Once pad preparation is underway, the drilling contractor will continue evaluating the strike extent, thickness, lateral continuity, and grade characteristics of the phosphate zone exposed across the project area."Nevada continues to experience a strong exploration cycle, and we are pleased to remain within our planned timelines as our new contractors mobilize," said chief executive Robin Dow.The company said the upcoming drill holes are designed to extend the geological model along strike, refine structural controls, and support future resource classification work.Shares of the company were last seen down 5.3% at $0.175 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.Price: $0.18, Change: $-0.01, Percent Change: -5.41%
