NorthMin Receives Six New Prospecting Licences
NorthMin (NMB.V) said Tuesday its Irish unit, Viridian Metals Ireland, was granted six new prospecting licences, expanding the company's land position around its wholly owned Tynagh project in Ireland to 215.7 square kilometres.The company also received a permit to conduct infill and metallurgical drilling on the project's tailings ponds.The six licences cover 169.25 square kilometres adjacent to the existing Tynagh licence and were granted for six years, subject to work reviews every two years. NorthMin said it has acquired Tellus airborne geophysical survey data and commissioned its reprocessing to support exploration targeting.Shares of the company closed unchanged at C$0.15 on Monday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
