R8 Capital Investments Amends Planned Fundraising with Convertible Loan Notes Issue

R8 Capital Investments (MODE.L) on Thursday disclosed changes to its proposed 500,000 pound-sterling fundraising ahead of its annual general meeting on Friday.The fundraising will now comprise a placing and subscription worth 353,800 pounds and the issue of convertible loan notes amounting to 146,200 pounds. The loan notes will mature in 24 months and are convertible into ordinary shares at 0.00117 pound each.Additionally, Albany Capital will replace Ruskin Capital as an investor and will subscribe for 80,000 pounds, or 68,376,068 shares, and 75,000 pounds of convertible loan notes, to secure up to a 26.26% stake.
