Mustang Minerals to Sell El Cobre Project Unit to Minerales Criticos De Mexico for US$1.5 Million
Mustang Minerals (MMX.V) has agreed to sell Minera Alondra, an indirectly wholly-owned Mexican subsidiary of the company which owns El Cobre Copper-Gold Porphyry Project in Mexico, to Minerales Criticos De Mexico for total cash consideration of US$1.5 million.The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, Mustang said on Wednesday."With the sale of El Cobre, we are now entirely focused on our Nevada, USA copper and gold projects," said Mustang Minerals chairman J Duane Poliquin. "The sale of El Cobre allows us to move forward with our 2026 exploration plans in the coming weeks".
