ME Therapeutics Raises C$0.58 Million Via Non-Brokered Private Placement
ME Therapeutics Holdings (METX.CN) closed its non-brokered private placement that raised C$576,500.60, it said on Friday.The company placed 339,118 units priced at C$1.70 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one non-transferrable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to buy a share for C$2.00 for three years from the date of issuance, subject to an acceleration clause, the company said in a news release.Proceeds will be used towards advancing research and development and evaluating strategic transactions. They will also go towards pursuing a U.S. listing, marketing, investor relations expenditures, working capital and for other general corporate needs.Company director John Priatel acquired 294,118 units pursuant to the financing for C$500,000.60.
