Luxxfolio Raises C$1.6 Million Via Non-Brokered Private Placement
Luxxfolio Holdings (LUXX.CN) closed its non-brokered private placement of units, raising C$1.6 million, it said late Monday.The offering consisted of the issuance of 7.8-million units at C$0.20 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to buy a share for C$0.40 for a two-year period from the closing date.Proceeds will be used for general working capital and development of its Litecoin and stablecoin projects, it said.Shares of the company closed up 10% to C$0.22 on Monday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
