Lerøy Seafood Group Issues NOK750 Million Green Bond
Lerøy Seafood Group (LSG.OL) placed a new 750 million-Norwegian-krone senior unsecured green bond on Tuesday, according to a same-day release.The bond has a six-year term and a floating rate coupon of three-month Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate plus 116 basis points. Settlement is scheduled for Sept. 17, with the bond targeted for listing on the Oslo bourse.Proceeds will be used to fund and refinance projects under the seafood company's Green Finance Framework. Danske Bank and DNB Carnegie served as joint bookrunners for the transaction.
