LandBridge Unit Plans $100 Million Senior Notes Offering
LandBridge's (LB) DBR Land Holdings subsidiary is planning a private placement of $100 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.25% senior notes due 2030, according to a Tuesday statement.The new notes will serve as additional notes under the indenture dated Nov. 25, 2025, and will have the same terms as the existing notes, except for the issue date and issue price, LandBridge said.Proceeds will be used to repay a portion of outstanding borrowings under LandBridge's revolving credit facility, the company added.Price: $87.11, Change: $-0.45, Percent Change: -0.51%
