LVMC Completes Liquidation of Vietnam Unit
LVMC Holdings (KRX:900140) said it completed the exclusion of its unit, Daehan Motors Trading Company, from the list of its subsidiaries, following the liquidation of the Vietnam-based company, according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.The Korean automotive company said the liquidation, completed on July 16, was carried out to improve management efficiency and optimize its local business structure in Vietnam.The board approved the liquidation on April 17.
