Shinhan Global Active REIT Unit to Raise 30 Billion Won Via Third-Party Share Allotment
Shinhan Global Active REIT Co (KRX:481850) said that its unit Shinhan Global 1 REIT agreed to a 30 billion won paid-in capital increase through a third-party share allotment, strengthening its financial position, according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.The South Korean real estate investment trust said that the subsidiary will issue 1.5 million new common shares at 20,000 won each to its asset management company, Shinhan REITs Management.The payments for the capital increase, approved on July 24, are scheduled for July 28, and the proceeds will be used for loan repayments and rollover settlements.
