Nexa Dynamics to Raise KRW30 Billion Via Third-Party Placement; Shares Jump 15%
Nexa Dynamics (KRX:351320) will issue about 9.9 million new shares through a capital increase by third-party allotment, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The company looks to raise about 30.0 billion won in operating capital from the issuance.The company will allot the shares to Siwon Innotech, which is projected to become its largest shareholder.The issuance's payment date will be on Nov. 10, with a dividend record date of Jan. 1.The company will list the new shares on Dec. 28.Shares of the display and semiconductor equipment manufacturer rose more than 15% in recent trade.
