Shinhan Alpha REIT Posts 97.5% Rental Rate in August
Shinhan Alpha REIT (KRX:293940) posted a 97.5% rental rate as of August, according to a Thursday release.The REIT recorded a 100% rental rate on five properties, including GREITS Pangyo, Twin City Namsan, Shinhan L Tower, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Yeoksam and City Square.The Cambridge Building and Asterium Yongsan had the lowest rental rates at 79.4% and 83.4%, respectively.
