Dreamtech to Retire KRW25.08 Billion Worth of Treasury Shares; Shares Decline 3%
Dreamtech (KRX:192650) plans to retire 3.09 million treasury shares, valued at 25.08 billion won.The shares will be retired on May 29 at a par value of 100 won apiece, according to a Tuesday filing from the South Korean mobile phone module manufacturer on the Korea Exchange.Shares of DreamTech fell nearly 3% in recent trade.
