iM Financial Group Sells Stake in Fintech Subsidiary Newsystock
iM Financial Group (KRX:139130) has sold its 77.1% stake in Newsystock, a fintech services and quasi-investment advisory firm, at an undisclosed value, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.The stake, comprising 41,948 shares with a book value of 1.235 billion won, represented 0.02% of iM Financial's total assets based on the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.Newsystock reported total assets of 1.466 billion won and shareholders' equity of 1.199 billion won for its latest fiscal year.
