SD Biosensor Extends KRW117.3 Billion Loan to Subsidiary Meridian Bioscience
SD Biosensor (KRX:137310) extended a 117.3 billion won loan to its subsidiary, Meridian Bioscience, according to a filing with the Korea Exchange on Monday.The loan will be used to partially repay Meridian Bioscience's borrowings from financial institutions, reducing financing costs and strengthening its financial stability, the filing said.The loan, which carried an interest rate of 4.90%, is valid from July 20, 2026, to July 20, 2029.Shares of SD Biosensor fell over 2% at market close.
